Novato Land Exchange

Colliers International, a global commercial real estate company named a Global Outsourcing 100 Company by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals and Fortune Magazine, needed a website for their upcoming online auction of a former Department of Defense housing facility located near Novato, California.

The site contained information on both the property and what was necessary to participate in the auction. Instead of creating a cookie-cutter site with a flat presentation of the information, we decided to incorporate flash in the design to give the site more visual appeal.
