We are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to act as one of the company's primary interfaces with clients and are interested in bringing someone on-board to act as a project facilitator across our internal sales, design, and development teams. Core Job Functions / Responsibilities:

Client Management

Handle day-to-day client interaction (meetings, emails, phone calls)

Set client expectations, communicating project statuses

Work with client to manage project scope

Project Management

Track project status and schedules for multiple projects simultaneously

Identify resource needs and collaborate with team leads / operations on scheduling

Help maintain project documentation and meeting notes

Communication

Facilitate internal team discussions as well as client meetings

Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.

Required Skills

+ 3-5 years work experience in project management and/or at a web development, interactive, and/or advertising/marketing agency

Experience working with top brands and/or Fortune 500 companies are strongly recommended

Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Must be detail-oriented, have excellent time management skills, be able to multi-task effectively

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Strong interests in technology, consulting, and learning

BS/BA degree or equivalent required and authorized to work in the US

Ideal candidate has a technical or a creative design background

Compensation

Starting salary will be between $65,000-$80,000 with performance bonuses and annual review, health and dental benefits
