Job Description:

MindlinQ (www.mindlinq.com) is looking for a highly-skilled and equally creative Flash
Developer/Designer for a contract position (Form 1099).
Client Management

Length of employment: 2 months

It’s requested that you work on-site in our Irvine, Orange County office where a computer and software will be provided

Working remotely is an option but not preferred

A full-time position may be offered at the end of the contracted time depending on company workload and the quality/success of the contracted work.

Job Requirements

Expertise in Actionscript 3 (and AS2)

Effectively translate concepts sketched out in Photoshop to Flash

Experience in creating XML-driven Flash animation

The applicant’s level of creativity as a designer needs to support the intense creative needs of national brands

Not requirements, however a large added benefit would be expertise in: Adobe After Effects, 3D imaging and animation (Papervision or other)

Compensation

This position will be rewarded with an hourly wage between $45/hr-$60/hr depending on the applicant's quality of work and experience.
