Job Details

You will be involved in the creative design process and client management at various levels of a project including:

Creative conceptualization

Creative brief preparation

Communication directly with clients about proposed concepts

Execution of the design itself

Managing feedback for revisions

Collaborating with the HTML/CSS Production team on approved design

Overseeing the consistency of the design from inception through launch

Job Requirements:

Ability to listen to clients needs and successfully translate clients' business goals into creative concepts

3+ years experience designing layouts for web sites, e-commerce, and/or Web based applications

Strong expertise in CSS / HTML 4.0 and higher

Expertise in Adobe Photoshop (with a focus on the ability to use to create websites/web-interfaces)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong client relationship management skills

Bachelors degree or higher

Flash / Actionscript experience a plus

Web design agency experience a plus
